        The resident manager resolves issue in a very unprofessional manner and will not resolve issues relating to noise complaints and will refuse to help resolve stolen package issues when packages get stolen even though there's a security camera. Packages get stolen almost daily or within an hour if you do not go downstairs and retrieve it immediately. I've had an experience where another resident took my package directly from the Amazon delivery person and it's costs me almost $700 worth of lost throughout half the year. If you can afford a better place to live, please do.
