        Ray Ferra is the best in the business!!!!! Prices are way cheaper at most everything. Just compare to Fantasy to Brown and Gold or anyone else. You can't find a better deal.

        When I left my lamp for repair, they promised to call when they figured out what was wrong, but they never did. Over two weeks, they never looked at it, and promised twice more to call me but they didn't. When I finally came to get it unrepaired, they could not have been nastier. I have no idea why. I was polite even when I said it would have been nice to call. They said they were too busy and the owner was 87. What a strange way to do business. Clearly I am done with them.
