Kwang Wellness - Dr. Charles Kwang

I had to wait until I was no longer in Dr. Kwang's "care" to write this review. I mentioned to others that after several months of trying his costly treatments - they weren't working for me and I did not like the way I was being treated as a patient in his office. Dr. Kwang then demanded I retract my statements, issue an apology and a GOOD report on his services if I wanted to continue care with him. Here are some of the issues I experienced while a patient at Kwang Wellness: As an out of state patient had a very difficult time getting in touch with Dr. Kwang directly. I communicated almost exclusively with his office staff via email. When I didn't understand something about the treatment program he prescribed or wanted to ask the doctor questions - he was unavailable. I had to ask repeatedly to get him on the phone for around 5 minutes (during which he still didn't answer my questions) - and I was charged for the phone call. Most importantly, Dr. Kwang's treatments didn't work. They were extremely costly (they want to charge you thousands of dollars each month for their tea program... thousands). And it didn't work despite claims they can heal all types of illnesses other treatments can't. I'm skeptical Mr. Kwang is even qualified to diagnose and treat patients like a medical doctors when he is only a "chiropractor." Do not expect caring, personalized or effective treatment from this establishment. Keep researching and look elsewhere.

I ENDED UP IN THE E.R. WITH A SEVERELY SPRAINED NECK AFTER CHARLES KWANG GAVE ME CHIROPRACTIC "MANIPULATION"!! I went in for the Detox treatment in January of 2017 (They also sold me some bags of liquid over $200.00 that did not work either). They said that "Dr. Kwang" had an opening for chiropractic adjustment and said he was really good and suggested I try it so I thought it might be a good idea. I walked into Dr. Kwang's office and he did not do a physical or get any complete history whatsoever. He told me to lie down and proceed to perform the most severe, forceful and quick adjustment while twisting my hip and back that I saw stars, I was in shock and could not speak when he immediately helped me up forcefully and proceeded to again severely, forcefully and so quickly twisted my neck so badly that I just could not believe what was happening. It all happened so fast! He then just jotted some notes in a chart and while he was doing this I just stood there in shock and was barely able to speak when I told him "You Hurt me." He totally disregarded what I said and said I would be sore for a while and rushed me out of the room to pay. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I could barely believe what happened. Long story short, I endured the worst pain I have ever felt in my life!!! I was in the E.R. on morphine and in tears. It was such a traumatic experience it is difficult for me even to write this. But, I just do not want anyone to go through what I did. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF “DR. KWANG” and his alleged treatments for your Wellness!

I went in for eye floaters and after paying over 1k noticed that the treatment didn't work at all. It is a bunch of lies, they are there to take your money PERIOD! The said best vitamin C in the planet is another lie, it is regular Ascorbic Acid with an emulsifier. Difference is that he sell for 1000% mark up on it!!! Do yourself a favor and run. I am giving a one star due to the staff always took my calls and because i create a habit of juicing which is a very good to your body and health, other than that i would give him -5 if i could!!!!

I have a very bad experience with a local seller in Czech. It is a lady and she cooperates with Dr. Kwang. I did not get all products, I wrote her and she did not answer me. So I wrote to Argery and she could not communicate with us because this lady told her not to. So my mom has a cancer and I need the products for her, but it is impossible to get them because nobody communicates with us. I spend there over 3,5thousand Dollars!!! There is a communication between my assistant and the local seller Jana: Zuzka:Hi Jana, Lumir wrote you, that he is missing vitamin C for his mom. Youre not responding. I don' t know if you realize the condition of his mom., how life important it is, so she can fix her health problem. I am asking for you to take responsibility for your post and manage it. Thank you. Jana : He isn't missing anything, he got everything. Instructions, that I have are clear, ignor him. And that is what I am going to do. I am not responsible for his mom niether him! And no one is! Dr.Kwang is not ether. I will help my friends, but to a person like you or Lumir, no. He made him self an opposite. He had a lot of people who were willing to help him. He will loose one aftou another. It is his mistake. Do not ever again contact me. I said and wrote it clearly! Jana : And honestly Suzanne, I don't know how you can have the impudence to contact me still after what you have shown last 14 days! Luckily every one, that you tried to incite against me, knows that I am not the problem. And if you will contact me ever again, or someone you tried to. It will be worse for you. Your problems don't involve me anyhow. Zuzka : Jana, be that kind and dont threat me. I am not afraid of you. Jana : Go away from my space, before even I will stop espouse you! Zuzka : Jana, I think that you are totaly off. I was asking you for you to fix it as a local seller, that a klient did not get, that he was sopposted to get. That should have been your responsibility, that your klient will have his order allright and komplete. Nice day. No one from Kwang wellness center gave us information to this, no words, absolutely nothing.
