This is the best IOP/sober living in Los Angeles. I was 22 and could not get sober. I now have 16 months and owe it all to a combination of AA, The Heights, and Transcend sober living. Intensive outpatient classes here helped me learn about myself and my addiction and the staff was great. I was able to overcome addiction and anxiety/depression and am in touch with staff from both programs to this day. Best, Charlie

This treatment center provides a safe space for growth and recovery. It allowed me to learn about and process my addiction in ways that I could not have on my own. Time there was well spent and I am proud to say that I am still sober today.

This place formally known as Westside Treatment has been a great help in my recovery and has taught me a lot of things that can help in staying positive and hopeful for good things to come; the staff here is excellent and very friendly. Thank You!

Westside provided no significant treatment for our daughter who had Borderline Personality Disorder. If you don't have drug or alcohol problem, this place is not for you. They didn't follow up when our daughter missed programs. Most of the staff is young and former patients. They were happy to take our money. The only time they contacted us was to ask for more money or an add-on program. If your loved one has a mental illness, this place is not for you.

Coming from the parent of a child with a drug addiction, please take my advice and do not send your child to this place. I have unfortunately had to deal with several treatment facilities and if there is one that is just trying to separate you from your money, this is the one. They charged me up front for services which they said would be reimbursed back to me when they received payment from my insurance company. They NEVER reimbursed a dime. I have left several messages and complaints and still nothing. It has been a couple months now, so I will need to get an attorney involved at this point. They had no problem charging my credit card monthly for services but when you try to get someone on the phone they do not exist. It is unfortunate that this place is still in business. They are taking advantage of people during our most vulnerable times, when we are trying to saves the life of a loved one.
