I've been using Asad's service for close to 5 years now. He's been great in advising on tax matters. This past year the IRS was on me for a 2011 issue and it turns out the IRS had made a mistake and thank goodness Asad was able to catch the error. I was elated when this matter has been finally put behind me.

Went in for a consultation which he charged $250 for. My questions were regarding obtaining an LLC and exploring other options. After taking my money, he said it didn't matter and I didn't even have to go any of those routes. He seemed to shrug off any concern and it made me worry about tax fraud in the future with his approach. I decided to not have any tax work done here and consulted with a different group.  Would not recommend.

If you need to register a corporation, just go to VCorp.  Asad at Premier Accounting charged me $1,500 to file corporate papers, but all he did was turn right around and give my paperwork to a company called VCorp.  I found out later I could have worked with them directly for $200.  I had approached a professional accountant because I specifically needed help seeking counsel on what type of corporate entity to register (Asad got that one wrong), crafting bylaw language (he told me to just use generic language) and complying with state bar requirements (he didn't know anything about that).  We never signed a contract, which was my first red flag.  I didn't know exactly what services I was paying for.  I tried to communicate with Asad on a number of occasions, to the effect of, "Exactly what services are you providing that are worth $1,500?"  He only got defensive and tried to turn blame around on me.This was incompetence bordering on fraud.  Perhaps Asad knows tax preparation, but he doesn't know anything about registering corporations, and he shouldn't hold himself out as a professional in this field.  He literally served no role except as an unnecessary middleman between me and VCorp, with an exploitative markup.
