I have been going to see Dr. Patel for at least a decade now. I absolutely love her and her staff, including her cute door greeter pups. She is absolutely great with kids as well. When my son came in for his first exam with her, she made it so fun that he absolutely loves going in to see her. And now she sees both my kids, who both love going. Doesn't hurt that her dogs are so sweet and love kids as well. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Thank you Dr Patel, John, the staff and pups for always taking such good care of our eyes!

I came to this location after being taken advantage of from my prior optometrist in Cerritos. I did a little research and took a shot expecting to be disappointed. Five years later I'm still a happy patient. As well, my family now comes here too. The office is inviting, clean, organized and has a great display of eyewear for every age and style you're into. I've worked with Dr Patel each time. Her enthusiasm and knowledge speaks volumes when I have a question or concern with my eyes. She provides eye care recommendations that don't always require a prescription which is something I'm really keen to. I use to suffer from chronic migraines and in my opinion she goes the extra mile to ensure my eyes are healthy during the exam. Again, offers suggestions that have helped a great deal over the years and have reduced these headaches that use to run my life. She clearly hires the right people to work for her. They too are amazingly helpful. They have a good grasp on helping me find the right eyewear to fit my gorilla-like head. Prices are more than fair. I have never left there feeling as if I got ripped off or treated unfairly. If your looking for the "gotcha" moment here you won't find it. I've been a part of a family business and worked in sales the last 35yrs. No hard push here and you will leave feeling like your a part of the family here. They were and are a great find and a place I actually look forward to visiting each year.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Patel for almost 8 years.  She has managed the follow up care to my LASIK, my wife's LASIK, and my son's extremely low vision with contacts, and glasses.  We just picked up a pair to address my son's sensitivity to glare, refractive error, and delicate eyes following his multiple surgeries.She is an exceptional optometrist and has the patience and grace to work with special needs kids. There used to be many posts from happy patients.  I think the YELP admin team cleared all the old posts because the page was slammed by haters that planted bad reviews.We will continue to see Dr. Patel and her staff for many years to come.I spoke to her office manager today... look for her updated website and FB page.Her current office is a door or two north of Katella, on Cherry in Los Alamitos.

Looking for a state of the art optometry office? Looking for nothing but pure professionalism? Incredibly knowledgeable staff? An excellent client service experience? Wait theirs more, this office carries the latest and greatest brands both low and high end and keeps up-to-date with the styles while also maintaining your classic wear. Caters to children? Absolutely! Dr . Patel is super friendly and I swear has a photographic memory because she remembers her patients and conversations like they were yesterday. Not only is she professional but she is also personable. There is not a question she can't answer pertaining to my eye care. I have referred my mother and also bring my daughter here and everyone equally loves Dr. Patel and her staff. The office is immaculately clean which is an absolute must when you're  dealing with my eyes! They're open on Saturdays which is a huge plus for me. I work long hours in South Orange County so I love that she caters to her clients needs! So look no further and call to book your appointment with the amazing and quite insightful Dr. Patel.
