Dan and his crew replaced the siding on my detached 2 story barn style garage and did a great job. He had to battle weather issues since I waited so long to replace the siding, and he easily worked with me when I had special requests / upgrades I wanted done in the middle of the project. We used Hardie lap siding and Hardie board and batten and he did a great job on both installs. Highly recommend his work and he had great prices compared to other contractors.

Dan Cotton & his crew replaced windows at our rental home in spring of 2023. Our experience was excellent. His contract was thorough, prices reasonable, he always returned calls & always showed up when expected. He kept the tenant informed and was very professional. Most importantly the windows look great & have been trouble free. He also had to replace some siding after discovering some rot. Again, walked us through the problem, & completed the repairs beautifully & on schedule. I would definitely recommend his services!

Highly recommended Daniel and his crew, especially Jeff! We are just finishing up a project with them and are very satisfied. We've had some bad contractor experiences in the past, but these guys know how to make their customers happy with timelines, quality work, and respect to the home.

Dan and his team replaced most of the windows in my home. Loomis Basin did great work and were competitively priced. Im currently 3 months out from project completion and still satisfied with the work performed. Friendly, professional and hard working. I highly recommend Daniel Cotton, Loomis Basin Builders for remodeling/siding/windows and more. I had a 1940s house with redwood siding that had lived its full life span. I needed help and Daniel Cotton came highly recommended from another contractor. I had no idea if I had insulation, dry rot or what we would find under this old siding. Daniel was very professional in answering all my questions, we talked and worked through every step of the job. I learned a lot and appreciated Daniels patients and understanding of my budget. His crew showed up on time and were wonderful to work with. They worked through 100+ degree heat, heavy smoke from fires stopping only when it was too unhealthy to work. I have gotten wonderful compliments from neighbors, friends, mail carries, UPS drivers everyone who sees my house. Daniel didnt just do the job and move on he has become a friend being that I am 70yrs old it is nice to know I have someone I can trust to help me when I need it. Dont hesitate to contact Daniel Cotton if youre in need of someone to do work on your home or business I highly recommend him. Just give him a call he is very responsive.
