American Auto sales bad car's they sold me a car that I have not even been able to drive the car was towed back to them many of times they sold me a lemon and he would not even give me my money back or give me another car I towed the car 5 times every since he sold it to me it has not worked the car was a lemon and Mercedes dealership told him it needed a lot of repairs I almost was in a serious collision he sold my money and sold me a lemon check out the car you may have a lemon he will not give you your money back. I took the car back to him more than 5 times the towing came out of my pocket the car need 9thousand dollars in repairs Mark new this before he sold me the car he was informed by Mercedes dealership

None of my $4000 down payment went towards the car. I was 2 days off a surgery and sick and in need of a car. They told me all of that money needed to go toward license and fees. Come to find out only $500 was needed for that. I understand I shouldn't have went out sick like I did but for them to lie to me and cheat me out of that much money shows how much of a rip off this dealership is.

I needed a car asap, so my brother took me the same place his wife recently bought a car from...and there it was, a 2004 Mazda 6, nice, clean, and the body was straight! Kenny was cool, never once pressured me, and honestly advise me that my credit was a lot better than i thought, could of b.s. me into paying more financial wise, but instead got me a hell of a 2yr. deal! Thanks Kenny, and more importantly, thank you Anthony Rios, my little brother! Good looking out kid! :)

First of all i would like to apologize to Mark which is the owner of this dealership for the previous nasty gram I had posted for a review. I see that Mark is a stand up person with a good word and backs up what he promises. I had purchased a vehicle about a year ago from them and come to find out it showed that it had possible odometer rollback issues. When I found out about this, I got really upset, called the dealership and gave them hell. I will say that Mark handled me being upset in a professional way, he gave me assurance that he was going to find and fix the problem, that he was going to work shoulder to shoulder with me on this serious issue to have solved. To be honest I did not believe Mark at all one single bit, I have had many bad experiences before with used car dealers. I gave mark the benefit of the doubt to go ahead and fix the issue, and sure enough he succeeded and accomplished what he had promised me he was going to do. Note that this is a year after I bought the vehicle, and he still came threw without fail. He did not run or give me the run around in anyway. Now I am a happy owner of 2 cars I bought from Mark , an 08 honda fit SPORT, and a 03 toyota corolla LE. Thank you Mark, I see you are a man of your word and integrity. BUY ANY VEHICLE WITH CONFIDENCE, mark will take care of the customer.
