Jack Nendel - Real Estate

Two years ago I met Jack while trying to rent a house.  Jack talked me out of renting and into buying.  I didn't think we'd be able to buy and he encouraged me to look into it.  He was right - we qualified for more than we thought and we bought a house soon after and could not have done any of that without him.  We are incredibly grateful for all of the advice, expertise and effort he put forth in our home purchase.  The other realtor was out of area and was lagging on necessary items (like the home inspection and getting documents in order/signed, etc.)  Jack hustled, because he truly cares about his job.  He really cares about people and the process.  We found the house of our dreams at the last minute.  We didn't think we'd get our keys until after Christmas.  Because of Jack we got them the week before and were able to surprise our Daughter with a stocking from Santa at our new house!  We are deeply grateful and will always hold Jack in the highest regards!!  Thank you Jack!  Two years later and we are still in love with our house!!

Although I must tell you, we were NOT easy clients! Jack was so knowledgeable and helpful and all with a great sense of humor.  He really understands the current California market.
