Dr. Roberto M. Lugliani, MD

Dr. Lugliani is such an attentive and compassionate doctor. His office staff is always ready to send me information right away, via fax. It would be great if they can exchange information/orders via email. The office is clean but outdated. I love the articles and adds from the 60’s which are located in the exam rooms.

Dr. Robert Lugliani showed me great kindness and empathy in diagnosing my condition. He always maintained a positive attitude and made me feel at ease. He was very attentive to all of my questions and explained his knowedge clearly and made thorough diagnosis. His office was very friendly and helpful, as well as responsive to all of the paperwork I needed even when the doctor was out of town.

Another terrible experience with the American medical system. I've had two office visits, a CT scan, chest x-ray, blood and urine samples taken. It's been two months and I still can't get a simple prescription to help me get some relief from a severe sinus infection. This rediculous office wants me to wait three more weeks to get antibiotics. Meanwhile I am supposed to just carry on with an infection that had begun to affect the bones in my face!!!!! Your entire office should be ashamed.
