My five year old and I decide to dine there on 11/01/2013 and well we got sat pretty quick but then we had to sit and wait for 15 minutes just to get greeted by a server. We order are food and well i decided to get there fried mozzarella well when i got them they looked like they just got fried in really old oil and there were not crunchy at all they were really greasy all the way around lucky she took it off my ticket but other than that the food was pretty good I honestly think they just need more wait staff and better customer service I use to work at the bostons they have in killeen tx and I know how things are sometimes but if you look at the food the first thing you should say to yourself is would I eat this? if not there is something wrong

We went there at 3 o'clock it took 45 min to get out main course. Waitress was very inattentive. Decor was boring and dirty. There was food that looks like it was there since earlier stuck onto the table. Bathroom was a bar bathroom it was dirty and messy. The faucet was broken and all the walls where written and scratched on. Again waitress was very inattentive. The salt and pepper shaker was dirty. The ketchup bottle wasn't only dirty but the lid was broken on it. The ledge around the booth was dusty. Menus where also dirty from food and drink.

Tried it out on a Saturday evening on 8/17/13. Got seated quickly and our drinks arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately though our pizza did not. After waiting over 30 minutes and repeated inquiries we were told it would be “out soon" or “coming up next".
After waiting for over an hour we asked to speak to the manager. Our waitress came back and told us the manager said there was nothing he/she could do as it was a kitchen problem. Manager didn't even take the time to talk to us. In the end they acknowledged they sent our pizza to a different table and just “lost" our order. After an hour and a half ordeal we did end up with a free pizza, and drinks, but not until haggling back and forth with staff. Service and management could definitely use an improvement!
