        Every time I refill my prescription they miss one. I just don't understand it. So I am always left having to wait for that one prescription. And their answer is always "Oh I don't know why it wasn't processed." Really. Moving to another CVS or Walgreens.

        The phone number send you to a call center an India dont waste your time thinking that a pharmacist will be able to answer questions

        No efficiency. If you have more than 1 prescription forget it...theyll get 1 made and forget the other. Jus go to the real cvs across the street. They will make you wait wait and wait around.

        Not fond of the CVS takeover of the pharmacy. What makes this my preffered pharmacy is the team and pharmacists Tracy and Tess who are always concerned and want to provide personal and courteous service.
