CVS Pharmacy

CVS has reduced the hours their pharmacies are open for customers, stating it due to "staffing shortages". Well... hire additional staff and improve working conditions & compensation to retain existing staff. I checked and saw that Walgreens pharmacy is open 3 more hours each weekday, 1 more on Sat, and 2 more on Sunday. If you have an insurance plan like mine (Aetna) you're linked to CVS as your "preferred" pharmacy. Guess what? CVS owns Aetna. Anyone with an emergency prescription to fill better hope it's during the limited timeframe CVS is open.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute negligence at this pharmacy has caused me to be without a medication for ever a week. Theyve held onto my script so now I camt recieve the medication until Tuesday unless i do some massive calls today and figute out exactly where a very rarely atocked medication is located. And then travel to them! The absolute negligence is heinous. The pharmacist in charge that day is getting a grievence sent to the state medical board. You people have a responsibility and thats to help them. Not admomish and lecture. Shame on you

Its been a while since I visited this location. Theyve added a nice facelift to it. Looks a lot more inviting and modern. Considering the current pandemic going on, they had things organized and flowing. They filled my prescription in less than 15 mins, so Im a happy camper. Keep in mind my prescription consisted of something prepackaged, it didnt need to be prepared.
