IGNITE Fitness Well Being

James helped me for the entire second half of 2021 and got me incredible results! His workouts were awesome, diet plan worked fantastically, and his support through the whole process was beyond wonderful. We did everything virtually, so daily text check-ins (always initiated by James, just to drive home the point that he was super supportive) and weekly checkpoints (pictures, overall assessment) really helped keep me on track. Knowing he puts himself through the same process adds to the motivation and support. My only wish is that we could have trained in person because I'm positive my experience would have been that much better.

I've been working with Tim and Joey for the past 6 weeks and it has been amazing! Tim was a great motivator and made the experience extremely fun. I have always had challenges with eating right and staying motivated but they have taught me that it can also be a fun part of the process. I started at 227lbs and my final weight is at 213lbs. That's a total of 14lbs!! And the journey will continue..thank you IGNITE!!!

I highly recommend Joey and Tim. I just finished working out with IGNITE Fitness, they were great and made my workout fun! Team Joey makes you feel comfortable, ignited with good energy and he offers a creative challenging workout. Good music too.

This gym, literally is as good as it gets! Ive been all over, and the attention to detail is what shines here most. Every gym can have equipment and trainers, its the little things, and they really get that.

Just had an amazing workout with Joey & Tim! The trainers are so positive and they make you feel comfortable. The workout was very creative! I highly recommend Joey & Tim! They had good music too.
