    The staff always is friendly ,Barbara and Celeste always answers your questions with a good actitud , always taking care for the kids ,my son has been there since he born to now and no way to change other place. Thanks for all the doctors and staff.

    Unfortunately I had multiple bad experiences here for my newborn daughter. I brought her here for her first well baby visit (2 days after she was born) and for multiple weight checks/bilirubin checks after that. The front desk staff was aggressive and overwhelming especially since I was 2 days post partum, she was loud and got very close to my two day old daughter, which made me very anxious, especially during RSV/flu season. I also heard the front desk staff giving medical advice over the phone which I dont think is in their scope of practice. When I met with the doctor she was very defensive when I told her I wanted a more spread out vaccine schedule. She also questioned me multiple times on why I didnt vaccinate for hep b at birth(even though I plan to vaccinate her at a later date). They also do not send medical bills by mail but instead by text(which I thought was fraudulent at first). When I called and requested a bill by mail they refused. The doctors documentation for each visit was handwritten and not charted in the computer, which I thought was outdated, especially because I had to pick up her records to bring to her next office, and the charting was hard to read. Overall, I want a provider who is open to having discussions about benefits and risks for every treatment that is recommended for my child. I do have to say the nursing staff was very kind and welcoming every time we went in for weight checks. I switched to a different pediatric office where the provider takes the time to answer all my questions about each vaccine without becoming defensive and making me uncomfortable.

    Update: now have a problem with them charging me for a well child visit & sick child visit for the same day even though it was only a well child visit. The billing ladies, who continue to only offer their names only if asked, didn't see the issue with this based on the notes (insurance fraud to say we discussed illness so you can charge for it, when that was not the case). Took me several weeks of follow up calls to actually get this resolved. Looking at the visit notes, the doctor who I was raving about earlier is the one tacking this sick visit charge on during the same well child check visit despite it not being a concern & deeming my child well enough for vaccines. I had also called ahead to ask to reschedule the visit bc my kid was getting over a cold, but they said to just bring her in for the well child check, it should be fine bc that's all it'll be. I grew up going to this pediatric center, but I'm done dealing with extra stress of this place. Dealing with insurance is bad enough, but to have a doctor's office who tries to get every penny out of you as well. We're searching for a new, trusted office. ------------------------------------------------------------- Love Dr. Erica Veeh! I'm sorry to have to leave a low star review for this place, but, their billing staff are RUINING what the staff overall seem to be working on....a positive experience. I've been dealing with them for 4 months trying to encourage them to bill my insurance correctly under "preventative" care, but they won't do it correctly even though it's literally their job. To be fair, part of the blame may also be insurance, but the billing staff member never answers with her name & is consistently rude. Also, beware of a $30 add on charge of you take your sick child here for PPE. I wouldn't have a problem with this if PPE was actually used, but the one person who was actually wearing any, didn't even take my daughters weight so we can safely give or prescribe medications. She only took an inaccurate forehead temperature at arms length & ran away.
