The muscle tension relief massage is really good. I've been here 4 times so far and generally enjoy it. However there are some therapist who are better than others.

I do not like to give bad reviews. It's Basically embarrassing. But! I never get the service I ask for. Ever! I do have a high pain tolerance but I don't want to be fighting back tears the whole time. I left and my face was swollen and red. It's still swollen and red 4 hours later. I didn't get to do anything I wanted the rest of the day because I am so disturbed by my face. I called back freaking out about my still swollen and red face... I was told that if I didn't get a call back tonight they would definitely call me in the morning to "see what they can do for me". That is such an uncomfortable thing to be told when you are so unhappy with your service and your face is disturbing to look at. Because I now have to sit and wait for an answer that could be a basic "F U we have decided we don't want to give you your money back and you must deal with your results". The fact that they could decide to do nothing and make themselves feel better by saying "you can't please everyone blah blah blah" is so scary. This is my FACE we are talking about here! I'm so upset and feel so ugly right now.
