Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not if you want to called a F**cking B*tch over the phone by the so called "owner" named Keith.
I am a flooring company looking for a marketing agency for our new marketing campaign.
My first call, an unprofessional guy picked up the phone and said "hey". I immediately hung up the phone as I thought I had the wrong number. Given how professional the website looked I thought surely a receptionist would have greeted the line or nonetheless, if it was directed to a cell phone someone would pick up the phone to say "hello this is Keith from The Kap"
He calls back and says I had a missed called from this number to which I then replied and said, sorry, I must have the wrong number I was looking for a marketing agency. He's response was, this is a marketing agency.
I said well unfortunately I am a professional company looking for a professional marketing agency and given the way you answered the first call you aren't that professional.
His response- " I am professional you f**king b***h"
