This review is regarding the business end of Comfort Keepers, not the care providers. Kelley Kaiser, the Office Manager, appears to have a job outside the scope of her skills and competencies. Poor communication skills and inability to follow the directions of the contract. Charges were consistently inaccurate.

I used Comfort Keepers to find a caregiver for my father, while he was living at home on his own.  The caregivers were great.  My father was able to stay where he feels comfortable while getting the support he needs for his daily needs.  I would  definitely recommend this business if you are looking for dependable caregiving services.

Comfort Keepers are heroes!! I was always concerned about my mother being diabetic and alone being stuck at home during the whole pandemic situation. She had recently had a hypoglycemic attack and it made me so frustrated to be stuck far away from her and not be able to travel or visit. I made some calls and feel so blessed to have found comfort keepers to take care of her. They made sure to update me about everything. They document and take pictures and the 3 caregivers they sent to me were soooooo professional and caring! I had gone with another agency before them for my father and was so frustrated by the caregivers they sent out and miscommunication that I never wanted to trust anyone besides myself to take care of mom.  But thank you so much comfort keepers for helping me regain trust in humanity and your services! I feel blessed to have found you especially during this time of pandemic.
