Handy Dandy Man

Today was my first time using Handy Dandy Man aka Roy for small projects in my Condo. Roy was professional and efficient. His prices are reasonable and I was impressed by his attention to detail and the overall quality of his work. Not sure why anyone would give him a negative review because his work is outstanding. Will be using him again in the future and I highly recommend his business for anyone needing handyman services

In a matter of a few short days, I got my fence project completed. Roy is very professional, checks the day before, sends a text reminder, cost effective, clean work, high level accuracy, and kind.  He was so sweet to my dog that insisted on be part of his work. He advised me on my Ring doorbell, too. Thank you! I'll be texting for that project too.Hire him,  you'll be happy you did.

5 star customer service ! Highly recommend! Roy is professional, courteous and respectful to his clients. I appreciate his expertise and knowledge on home repair . I placed a phone call and he immediately responded and scheduled an appt. Roy was on time even early for the appointment and he assembled the furniture. Will definitely be using his services again in the future for shelving and mounting TV. You will not be disappointed and his prices are affordable . Thank you Roy !!

Juan and Roy knocked it out of the park with a large drywall patch job that I had. Juan showed up on time to the minute which was very impressive to me. He was also very meticulous with the making sure nothing happened to the carpet which was also very nice. He patched the large hole in my drywall very quickly and now it looks nicer than any portion of existing drywall in the house. It seriously looks like nothing ever happened. His attention to detail on the main job and the cleanup job afterwards is nothing short of perfection. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Thank you so much Juan and Roy!

Be aware of this business, I don't recommend it. I had very bad experience. Roy responded to my request for service, provided the estimate over the phone. i agreed and told him that I am ready to proceed. He told me that he would send me a written estimate and after I approve a written estimate, he will do the job. However, I never heard back from him. I sent him several follow emails asking if he would do the job or I should look for someone else,  no response. Very rude , unprofessional and not dependable
