This past June, I came home from walking my dog to discover a pipe had suddenly burst in my home. From this one pipe, substantial damage had occurred. The fire department left and soon after Jim P [the owner] showed up to my home offering help to begin placing the dryers in the home. I told him that another company was on the way but he insisted that even if I didn't hire him, he felt it was the right thing to do to still help me dry out the place! I called the other company and let them know I had hired Jim. From the moment Jim arrived, to the final day of completion, the Blue Dolphin team (Jim P and Jim Z specifically] went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure everything was done to the highest of standards. I rarely ever write reviews online. In fact, this is only the second review I've ever written on Yelp. However, with the kind of care and dedication that Jim and his team at Blue Dolphin provided, I felt it absolutely necessary to let potential customers know that Jim and his team are the real deal. Passionate, hard-working, detail oriented, and truly remarkable service that rarely exists in companies. If you are looking for a restoration company, look no further and hire Jim and his team. Jim and Jim at Blue Dolphin are the best! We have, now, used them two times for two different properties and they hit the ball out of the park on both occasions. They know exactly what they are doing, and they are sincerely interested in doing the job perfectly. They came through in a pinch and did me a solid as they say. Working with blue dolphin was the best thing that could have come out of our home flooding. From the moment they arrived to the final day, they were responsive, hardworking and trustworthy throughout the entire process. We feel so fortunate that we were able to work with them in would could have potentially been a disastrous situation, but they turned it around and made a positive one. 10 star experience - turned a home flooding nightmare into peace of mind. Our home flooded, 1 year into being first time homeowners. With a 2 mo old newborn baby. It was a nightmare. First responders - Blue Dolphin was so quick to act, it was a 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and the fire Marshall told us we need to pack up the baby and find a new place to stay because our house was uninhabitable. They brought in 2 specialist contractors by 7pm and we were able to stay in our home for the night. Leadership - They provided expert guidance and leadership in a very tumultuous and daunting process turned simple and easy. Damage mitigation - you can trust these guys to protect your home, experts in water damage control and very thorough. Insurance nightmare - they handled he complexities and nuances of insurance as a true advocate for us, interfacing directly with our insurance company on our behalf. Expert Craftsmen - They have a team of expert craftsmen to manage the entire build back process. When everything was completed they put our home back exactly the way it was before, down to the exact placement of items back into our cabinets. Peace of mind, could not imagine a better experience.
