        Truly the absolute worst customer service. They have no idea what they are doing and will simply transfer you or hang up on you instead of helping you. I've called them three times already and have been dealing with them going in two hours now. I don't know why I have them. From what I've been told many HealthNet members just randomly got transferred over to them for 2024 without our consent. I'm currently on the phone with HealthNet to get transferred back so I don't have to deal with this mess for the rest of the year. Terrible service.

        I've been trying to get a hold of Molina Healthcare office no one will answer and they say to call back when they're open the hours 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I am calling all in between those hours no one answers the phones. They should close this healthcare plan.
