I was expecting to just get an in-person quote and then be scheduled to have the job done in a week or so. I was amusingly surprised to find out that Ken not only came prepared and ready to get the job done, but was able to accommodate an additional request to have two more light fixtures and switches replaced. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself. Very professional and just a real nice guy. Would highly endorse.
