Dr. Geoffrey S. Dolan, MD

He is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I waited an hour and a half to see him and when he finally came in the room, I got 2 sentences out and his cell ohone rang, he answered and walked out. I walked out too and wont go back

I strongly believe that Dr. Dolan's office has shut down. I've been calling their office to schedule my 1st appointment since 2 weeks ago. I left 12 voice messages but they NEVER answer their phone (it looks like there's no one in their office to answer) and they NEVER return calls. I haven't met Dr. Dolan so I can't evaluate him. However, I've reported about this doctor to my insurance company and my primary care doctor, not to refer or recommend to anyone. Because calling Dr. Dolan is a waste of your time since his office doesn't answer any calls. Interestingly, they don't respond to emails either. So basically there's no way for a new patient to schedule an appointment.

CVS and I have been trying to get hold of this office. I have left several messages and no one returned my call. I called Dr. Delarosa's office to get hold of someone in the office. I finally got hold of someone but they wrote the wrong prescription and shorted me 90 pills. Poor service.

I'm not sure if this Dr. is good or not due to the fact that we never got to see him. Our insurance company and I tried calliing and left several massages for over a month. Our calls weren't picked up and our messages were never returned. We had to drive to the actual facility in order to make an appointment and when the day finally came the staff was extremely rude and claimed that there was no appointment made. We were bounced around from one employee to another and no one seemed to want to help us. I hope this review helps at least one person not to have to go thru this type of ordeal. It really disgusses me that some of these employees are recieving a paycheck for the type of work they are doing.

I'm always the one that has to call them to keep up with my results and everything. It's been a month now that they won't get back to me. Really frustrating that they always blame everything on "covid" your service shouldn't change... I wish i had PPO insurance so i can choose whomever I want.
