        Wife and I went a few times... First visit.. play on your fears and upsell you.... 2nd.. we both needed braces because our previous dentist did you them ' wrong'... This guy is a salesman first, dentist 2nd... Glad some like this method but, we are looking for something different.. Just my thoughts... Two stars because the hygienist did their job...

        Deena the hygienist is great at her job. My teeth feels so clean. Dr. Coates is polite and very knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of.

        Always issues with this dentist and always end up spending way more than initially told. Been going here for a few years but after the constant lack of communication, I’m switching to my old dentist. Gave 2 stars because the work Dr.Coates does is good.
