I have been trying for the last 5 days to reach Manny at Argus.   I spoke with him 1 time and he said he would call me back.....He did not call back that day or for the next 5 days.  I finally reached him again on the 5th day and proceeded to try to understand why the doctors office I called could not give me an appointment for a new patient but I would have to be put on a list (which I understand) for the management company to review my status and that would take 2-3 weeks and depending upon that answer I could or could not get an appointment for the doctor that I requested.   Manny told me if they could not give me an appointment that he would get me one from a doctor within the Argus network.  I don't want any other doctor, I called for this certain doctor.  without getting to technical, if Manny represents this company he needs to get away from his scripted to response to questions and let the office accept or not accept patients new patients and move on.   Patient friendly organization?  I think not.   Maybe doctor friendly but they need to check themselves .....we are the patients.

Argus is a great place to work. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. They actually care about their employees and show their appreciation. The series they offer to each client are abundant.

They did not do well with billing and collection. They outsource to india, many mistakes in coding, very poor job in follow up or appeal your claims. Also I was with a group, as independent contractor, they did not show me my data, collections despite I asked multiple times. they sided with the head of the group, hiding all info. If there is a ZERO STARS I would have chosen it. I am interventional cardiologist physician.
