I wrote to him with a great deal of stress and concern and he has walked me through my challenging tax situation with a calm, professional, and understanding demeanor. My taxes are good hands and the stress of knowing he is working on my behalf gives me comfort that you would not believe!! I have some very serious stressful stuff going on in my life right now and John has taken the time to listen and be empathetic towards my situation.
