I went to this appliances place on 2/5/24 in order a refrigerator they told me that they will deliver it on 2/6/24 in never showed up in I went to there store in it was close they lie to there customers in take there money in don't do the service they say they will do..I will never buy anything from this appliances store very very unprofessional I don't recommend anybody to buy anything from them..

These people are nothing but failed promises. I set up an appointment for them to come check out my refrigerator and they never showed up I called back and they promised me the next day so I called off work once again and they didnt show up. I took 4 days off total thinking they would eventually come and once they did I told them to go ahead and order the part it needed and they once again promised me by Friday and stayed home all day and no show again. Please be careful with these people they are very unprofessional and unreliable!

I called on Monday, October 23, my ice making demo refrigerator, they told me that they would come to check it and they never arrived. After calling them so much, finally after 3 days they checked it, they told me that they needed to order the piece, which was wrong, it took 2 to 3 days to arrive. He said, a week passed and nothing, I had to call to see what was happening, I'm still waiting, terrible service, lack of professionalism and honesty 0 star
