This guy did an astounding job fixing my stove that was not igniting today. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and fixed it with no distractions. We had an appointment with Long Beach Home Appliance Repair to fix our stove. I hustled home from work in order to make sure I was home in time to meet the repairman. The entire 3 hour window went by with no contact. When I called the next day, there was a long hold while the people in the shop talked over what to do. I was told that I had called and canceled the repair (I didn't). Then they said they had called and talked to me (they hadn't). Then they said they had received a message that my voicemail was full (it isn't and I never received a call at all). I really, really don't like being lied to and have the blame being on me for no reason. If the tech had just missed the appointment, fine. It happens. We can move on and reschedule. A business that will lie to you about small things like that will be a business that will lie to you over larger things, like needed repairs. Don't trust this place.

They are responsive and have a good quality of work! This appliance repair company was able to fix my cooktop that was not igniting. It was your technician that they provided, a very industrious and skilled guy who was able to restore the cooktop as fast as they could. I can tell that this guy and its company are truly dependable!
