This company was amazing from start to finish! Not like any other shuttle service I've used before. Great communication and very friendly, knowledgable staff. My driver Bilal was prompt and professional! Definitely would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Oh and they provided a carseat for my baby free of charge!!!!!!!!

Great service and the driver helped me with my bags at the terminal and also at my home. The car was clean and the driver we had was very professional.

So I’m kind of old-school in liking a company that still answers the phones. I have found it in Xpress Shuttles! The reservation process was made so easy due to the very knowledgeable person in the office (I think her name was Mehgan) answering all the questions that I had because I’m such a worry wart. I do not travel with a cell phone so I was a bit concerned. She informed me that they had a service called a meet & greet for people like me that don’t carry a cell phones all the time. Once I arrived in Long Beach And retrieve my luggage, there was my driver right there waiting for me. He was able to help assist with all my luggage to the car and everything was timely and controlled. I will be using Xpress Shuttles for all my future endeavors.
