Johnny's California Shuttle Service

Johnny's is terrific!  We have used them several times, to go to the airport and to the cruise ship terminal, and they also have picked us up. They're always on time, the vehicles are new and luxurious, the drivers are professional, helpful and courteous. They take care of all the luggage.  We love Johnny's!

Just got back from our vacation and I used Johnny's shuttle to and from the Airport.  I only got his name from this site and when I called  the number the first time, it was busy and I left a message.  After about 5 minutes, Johnny himself called me back.  I asked about their price and I told him that I'll get back to him as I have to check on other services then discuss with my wife and he understood.  After 30 minutes, I called him back to close the deal.  There were 4 of us with 8 check in luggages and 4 cabin luggages.  The price for the van, regardless of size was the same.  The drivers who picked us up to and from the Airport were both nice and courteious.  Johnny was quick in responding everytime I call or text him.  I highly recommend them.

Found this shuttle service through Google. My husband, daughter and 3 year old granddaughter shuttled from a hotel in Anaheim to Long Beach Airport. Very prompt! They confirmed the pick up through text the day before. My daughter had a booster for their Uber ride but didn't need for Johnny's California Shuttle. They provided a booster. My husband said shuttle had a car seat too. Definitely would use this shuttle service again! Mahalo!

I think we became the customers from hell for them. I screwed up on the booking process, had to change the time  of pick up a few times a day before and then on the day of the pick up 5 minutes before the driver arrived we got an email from united airline that the plane got delayed for 5 hours, then we changed the pick up time a few times more. And on top of that, it was 6 AM on Christmas lol.... But they were extremely professional and flexible. Always responded to us with nice tone and kindness... However this company trains its employees on customer care is top level  incredible because I probably couldn't have handled the nightmare customers like us. We would  like to show as much gratitude by spreading the word how amazing this company is. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
