Ive had the opportunity to work with Tanya Mendez over the past few weeks getting things figured out after multiple failed attempt to get my case re evaluated.
Tanya has been amazing by far the best person ive gotten to work with in the county of san bernardino. Such a hard worker dedicated to helping and above all a great listener.

Sooooo.... I have back child support left from the last decade and I get a whole $600 a month from a dad earning $10K a month. I am happy with something over nothing. I really do not appreciate the awful company selected to carry the funds on a debit card the 'WAY -2-GO' card are trolls. Absolutely despicable and need to be thoughtfully replaced with a better version of cards. This company harms the people barely able to hang on by dinging single parents with multiple unnecessary fees and ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rate them a NEGATIVE 10, if such a rating existed. I did call the 866 at San Bernardino County Child Support Services number for help with the TROLLS at the debit card company and Patty was fabulous. Now I can call the trolls back and get help with their inability to send out a card once their card (on record) expires. #trolls #badbusiness #stealingfromthosewithout
