I used to work here many years ago. Should've done this years ago. Not only were the customers taken advantage of but the employees as well too. Massage envy is a horrible business. At the time back in 2018, the pay rate was only 14.50 an hour with no commission. Cheated me on my hours that I couldn't make a living wage. In Nevada the pay rate is more then double and the cost of living is cheaper. Make sure your boss isn't a young millennial or generation z. Had nothing but bad luck with people my age.

Do not sign up for the membership!! I have been waiting for Naz Khan (owner) to call back since JUNE 2019!!! She's always out sick, not there, or just left. I completed my membership and cancelled yet have been billed twice more. Bank gave her phone # 209-988-5615. She blocked me after I left a voicemail requesting a call back. She leaves her cashiers to deal with her poor business practices. I hope she's not allowed to open more stores. This is definitely giving Massage Envy a bad look.

DESERVES ZERO STARS.... Manager NAZ you need to call me back and CANCEL my membership!! You were supposed to do it last month! LIARS AND ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!
