They charged me 400 dollars for just changing a part - to be clear, we just installed the whole system for ~1 month and the control button of the filtration system is broken. The technician first said we need to re-install the whole system and they will charge me a few thousand of dollars. I was super angry about that. Later they said it just needs to change a part - which took ~400 dollars. I highly suspect they just want to charge me more at the beginning.
My time is valuable so I didnt put too much time on that issue that day so I just paid them and changed the part. But I did tell them Im super unsatisfied about this.
They said they will let their manager (Jay) know about my situation and call back to me to address this, but I didnt hear back from them since then (3 days). The customers are not protected, the quality is bad. Please dont use their service!
And Jay, do you mind calling me to address your customers unsatisfactory when you have time?
Google: why cant I give a zero star? Zero star should be the correct rating for this company!

I was charged 190 bucks just to be told that the system is obsolete. They had all the details prior and it was a 5 visit.
Eventually bought a different & new system for fraction of the cost so not sure how come this company is still around.
