After a phone call asking how to return my daughters shoes without a box but with receipt they said Come on In we drove an hour and a half to return them the girl at the front desks Insist no return without a box we tried explaining to her about our previous phone call this morning she wouldn't even let us talk very rude awful customer service I hope everyone reading this takes this in as they make think twice before making a purchase from this store terrible customer service

Walked in and an employee who was shooter a little chunky and had super curly hair smacked so hard into me and never said sorry or anything but discriminated me. I am so disgusted in her behavior and I will never shop here again

Normally I enjoy coming to this store BUT...customer service from management is unacceptable! When walking into the store we were not greeted at all! The young lady behind the counter called over the other employee and they were laughing and watching videos or doing something on their phones. They looked at us maybe once and then resumed to being on their phones. I'm a very observative person so for me to watch them look at me and then back to their phones is very frustrating. We walked around and stood in front of them but there was no greeting. If you're supposedly running a store you should at least greet people. I wonder what was so important on their phones that makes them want to completely ignore their customers. And the girl was not dressed appropriately. She was wearing a tank top and a jacket, normally this wouldn't bother me but she had her clothes hanging off her shoulder and leaning over the counter thus having her chest out. This is not very presentable. I honestly didn't even want to bother with them yesterday. I simply took my business elsewhere and the place that I went to had other customers that felt the same way. I discussed with a few people who said they don't like going to Robert Wayne because when they would ask for help, the girl would say "what?" as if the customer was bothering her! When they told me they were the management I was completely shocked.Very disappointed but I won't completely say the entire store is bad. Theres just a select few bad employees.....

Good store! Came here to buy my brother some adidas running shoes & the guys were really helpful they kept going to check on sizes available while i texted my brother pictures of shoes so he can pick & i ended up buying the pair my brother liked :)Very helpful people work here thanks again
