Horrible customer service!! They are sarcastic and rude if you have a problem. Expect you to return defective products at your own expense and will disconnect the call mid-conversation if they do not like your complaints on them. They DO NOT take accountability for their mistakes or poor service provided on behalf of the company. I DO NOT recommend ordering from them. Quality is cheap and product is expensive. Take your child to JC Penny in their uniform for better service and price!!!! Unless they can change they way they do business, I will NEVER order from them again for any of my children or recommend others. UPDATE*** I received a replacement of the defective item, after being completely disrespected and having to argue with them about their service and product. Replacement item is defective as well!!! Not even going to bother calling just to go through that hassle again. I just won't order any of their cheap products anymore or participate in the picture taking with the teams for MANY future events to come!!! AGAIN, I DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!! - Not the first disappointment I have had either, just the first I have called about.
