Based on the excellent reviews I had seen for Castello Plumbing, and the fact they hydro-jet clogged French Drains, I hired them to clear what I suspected was a clogged French drain.  I was quoted a flat rate that would include up to 3 hours of labor.  Robert Castello proved to be punctual, hard-working, and knowledgeable.  It took him more than 3 hours to clear two drain lines and the water collection boxes that connected to these lines, but I was only charged the flat rate that had been quoted.  While performing the cleanout, he had inadvertently sprayed some water/mud on one of our cars.  Before leaving he washed and dried that portion of the car!  I would definitely contact Castello Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I had a leak from under the kitchen sink and I was not able to find where it was coming from. I called Castello plumbing and Robert was at my house within the hour. He found the leak and repaired it right away for a good price. I would absolutely recommend Castello's Plumbing and will be using them for any future needed repairs. Robert installed a new water heater for us 2 years ago.  Unfortunately, we ran into a couple of random issues over that time.  Each time, Robert came through and resolved the issues right away.  Super honest and has integrity.  I really appreciate that.  I plan to use Robert in the future and I would recommend him to others.

I cannot give enough praise to Robert Castello. I had to relocate a well water treatment system on a property in Auburn. It involved creating a new loop, valves, and adapters in our main supply line without compromising the fire suppression system. His years of experience as a union plumber in San Francisco were evident in his problem solving, emphasis on quality, and professionalism. He explained every choice from materials to techniques. His craftwork was outstanding. While he was on site for the plumbing re-route job, I asked him if he could complete an overdue flush of two Navien tankless recirculating heaters. He was equally obliging and took extra time to show me all the steps and tips to be able to do it myself the next time. I gladly recommend Castello plumbing without reservation.
