When selling our Catta Verdera home, we wanted an agent who was an area expert, had access to more buyers, and could assemble an effective marketing plan. This wasnt a starter home, it was a luxury property!
After seeing Cheryl Dibachi on a For Sale sign in the neighborhood (sale pending in 3 days), I needed to find out more. My wife and I decided to check out an open house on another home she had listed. I was impressed that Cheryl was there, running her own open house, which isnt very common. The next week, she met with us and presented her home selling plan and philosophy. It aligned with everything we were looking for - personal service, out of area marketing, great photography, and communication.
Cheryl listed our house during a difficult time in the market due to high mortgage rates and the holiday season approaching. Still, she sold our home in less than a month, for the price we expected. She was there for every open house and greeted nearly every buyer/agent who wanted to see our house. We felt confident and safe allowing strangers in our home because she was there. Overall, the sale was the smoothest weve ever had. I probably could have paid less to a different agent, but I think Cheryl put more money in our bank account and provided better value because of the personal service she provided. She worked hard and earned every penny of her commission. I strongly recommend Cheryl and I would definitely choose her again.

The Dibachi Group (Cheryl) sold our lot in Verdera in record time. She went above and beyond in making sure that every detail was addressed. She took amazing pictures to advertise and kept on top of every inquiry, no matter how insignificant it seemed. She followed up with past clients who might still be in the market. She intercepted a person looking at the lot and proceeded to give them a tour of the nearby facilities. When there were offers, she made sure that all details were addressed and gave us her expert opinion of which offers were serious and which were the best offers. She made us feel that we were the most important client and never left us wondering.
Everything was extremely professional.
There is no doubt that we would use her services again when we sell our home. She is the best agent that I have ever used.
