The website wont let me transfer my service, and tells me to call the 800 number. The 800 number sends me down an endless loop that repeats all of its automated options. My local office e is closed, so I have no idea how I'm suppose to get this done. Worst customer service.

Pg&E service tech turned off my customers power for changing out his 1950 service panel with a new one, left his kids in the dark on 104 degree day with no power, told my customer to go buy a generator.

Power outage! PGE customer service is beyond unsatisfactory! When the power goes out they still charge you! Only costs all families more money, frozen foods gone bad, heat/Ac conditions the lists goes on and on! This unacceptable billion dollar company can’t even explain to me why they don’t have a back up plan for this type of incident after all the fires this company causes you think they would have a better back up plan for these continued inicidents! We need answers and credits for all these inconveniences, where’s the United States care at in all this? This company is just gouging our wallets with no power! The president of this company needs to up their “professionalism†in all this chaos I’m sure he’s warm and has nice frozen freezer with food not going bad! You guna pay for my families hotel?! I HATE PGE!
