Where do I start.
1 . Since my start with this office, I have NEVER seen an actual Doctor. Always a nurse practitioner.
2. The first one that quit tells me she thinks I may have Cancer. Which turned out to be a tooth that was starting to get infected.
3.Then she tells me via phone call (because they wouldn't see me because of covid) that I had belly button herpes as I had sores which turned out to be a group of ingrown hairs which I extricated myself. After she prescribed me herpes medication.
4. Every month we have to call them 2 to 3 times to get very important medications filled because the don't respond to the Pharmacy calls.
5. The last NP calls my Daughter the day she quit to tell her she is quitting due to her divorce. Wth is that?
6.This new Np schedules phone follow ups and doesn't call, or calls later than the appointment and leaves a voice-mail saying she called at the appointed time 20 minutes after the appointment I know cause I was trying to call her to find out wth was up. Which there was no answer as they close at 3:00. Telling me to reschedule.
7. There is no answering service or machine to take after hours calls.
8 oh yeah and the first Np also prescribed me without seeing me or testing my heart , nitro glycerin as I was having chest pains which turned out to be an anxiety attack.
10. I can only say this place needs to be investigated by the Insurance commissioner and fair medical practices.
I hate giving bad reviews but this place deserves it.
