The worst car wash ever happened to me, I pay 26.99 silver wash and my car still dirty from inside a barely vacuuming ,I call them, and the cashier lady Kimberly trick me like it was my fault for not to be specific on my car cleaning...Her customers service was so horrible on the phone ...instead to tell me us a customers.,she's gonna pass me to the manager to see what he can do for me...but not
.she sounds soo rude
I been rip off ...never again..

Came in here on a sunny beautiful Friday late morning. My baby, sparkle, needed a wash so I thought I would come here since it was a drive-through spot. Drive-through spots are hit or miss and this was definitely a meI got the VIP washer, which is basically supposed to be a wash of inside and out and more attention to detail how about, they didn't even put my carpets back? I didn't notice until I got about 12 minutes from home and looked at the passenger floor and noticed that my carpet and plastic carpet guard were missing. I called the office and of course the woman locked customer service, threw it on me and said, did you check the trunk. I was driving when I realized they were no longer there so, no I did not. Beyond that, they should've been put back since they were there when I pulled up. It wasn't busy, so the guy should've been paying attention to detail, especially since I spent extra money for them to do that. Customer Service is not an easy job, but it's a job that people choose to do. Sometimes I feel customer service reps forget that at some point they have to be a customers at someone else's business, and they would like a certain level of service when they do.I don't recommend coming to this place at all
