El peor servicio después de 7 semanas y revisar la cuenta de irs. Dice que la aplicación no ah sido procesada llame y solo excusas que mas reglas cambiaron.

This income tax lady came highly recommended from people that we know, WRONG!!!! This place is horrible it took us two hours for her to file because she kept talking and talking.  It is impossible to get ahold of her im shocked that she's in business and she has clients, it's been 36 days since we filed and on the irs website it says in bold words you have not filed your taxes yet, she tells me this BS that the irs has difficulty's at this time and blah blah blah!!!! Save the time and go somewhere else!!!

I have been coming to Ruby's income tax Services for the past 6 years. Ruby's business was recommended to me by a family friend, every time I have gone I have always gotten everything processed quickly and efficiently. Ruby is helpfull, she explains everything in great detail to make sure I fully understand everything that has to do with my tax refund. I would highly recommend Ruby's Income Tax Services to anyone that wants to file their taxes and wants reliable service.

Horrible experience!! Don't recommend highly unprofessional!! It takes a hour to fill my papers out and she took 3 days!! The only reason she got to them was because I bugged her about it everyday!! horrible!! Your better off going to someone else!!
