This place would get no stars they prey on people. They over price medical supplies and equipment to people in need with no return policy but to buy it back for pennies on the dollar. Tell you something is worth 400 bucks to search then they over priced it by 300 dollars and employee asked if its fixed. My father didnt have the chance to use overpriced equipment because he passed away when I inquired on returning the equipment nothing is printed on receipt nobody informed me when I bought equipment but they will buy it back for a 3rd of the price you paid. Then argue its a fair price. This company is trash. Continuing on its been 2 weeks since reaching out to this management and just an email to say they are investigating and an email saying they want to resolve issue. So informed them how to possibly resolve issue and nothing. Still trash and no customer service at all. Dont expect no resolution and ripped off when you purchase a used and fixed item that sold as new to be bought back at pennies on the dollar because there is no return policy. Shop Amazon better equipment and half the price.

What an awesome experience I had today with the owner, my wheelchair lift was stuck and would not go up, I was in the street and blocking the driveway, I called and he came up from Acton, I never spoke to him before, yet he was willing to help me! He would not take a dime!!! He will forever have my business . Words can never express the gratitude I have for you, from the bottom of my heart thank you so very much!
