        Do NOT go here if you are trying to maintain normal care and live productively. The providers are impersonal. I had to file grievances to get regular therapy services outsourced. When I asked for a new provider because mine was neglectful of my needs, this office refused to give me another provider or send me to another location and sent me to the Dept. of Mental Health for the county, where we know people aren't receiving very good care. The county tried to send me back to Kaiser and now I have no services at all. I advise everyone to make the trip to LA.

        Im a medical patient. There is NO FOLLOW up. Since i dont want to kill myself no care. Just referral to ended up having to call back leave messages ir get supervisor WHOS SORRY.

        Their on call "therapist" Joanna shouldn't be talking to any patients whatsoever. Her bedside manner is rude and uncaring.
