        Three missed appointments and no discount offered. Never again will I go to them. Missed appointment on 11/21 then 11/26 then 11/03. I left a one star yelp review and the owner called me accusing me of lying about the missed appointments. I had names though of the people I spoke with and the techs that were supposed to come out to the home. He offered me half off if I removed my yelp review. It only turned out to be half off the glass which came to a little over $20.00.

        We went to All Glass & Plastics for the first time yesterday. We had a little heart-shaped picture frame that the glass in it had been broken and needed to be replaced. It took them all of 10 minutes to give us a new one. Alissa was very nice! We also picked up some shower door cleaner while we were there. We have trouble with hard water deposits up where we live in Tehachapi, so crossing my fingers, this will do the trick and our shower doors will look a lot better than they do now!

        Said my order would be done in one day. Three days later said it would be done in 3 more days. Said I can’t wait. And got it from a competitor in an hour. The office staff was very unprofessional. Must be related to the owner.
