Our kitchen sink stopped draining and called GetPros Plumbers. Their tech arrived the same day and was responsive and personable. He worked efficiently to have the drain flowing again in just 20 mins and didn’t leave any trace of his presence behind. Great service at a fair price. I am pleased to have my new go-to plumber. Highly Recommended!

Their unprofessionalism is comical. Had a technician come by to check out a gas leak. His supervisor was micromanaging and blatantly yelling at him via video call nearly the entire time. When it came time to pay the steep service fee, said supervisor started tacking on additional charges that I wasn't aware about. He then called me and proceeded to yell at me as well. Finally, after a brawl and coming to an agreement and him abruptly hanging up, I issued them a check only for the service fee. After the technician left, I got a call from their office lady whom has a bad attitude, saying that they don't accept checks. She then goes on a mocking rampage when I prefer to pay with cash than through Zelle. Seems a bit shady. The technician was honest and friendly, but the staff on the phone were a nightmare. Worst customer service experience ever. Boggled about their high ratings and how they can even keep a business with their ghetto-a** office personnel.

I was dealing with a plumbing emergency in my house so I contacted these guys. They responded to my request within 10 minutes and schedule the service within one hours. Tech was on-time, very professional, and informative. He fixed the issue within 15 mins and was on his way. Price seemed reasonable given the fact that it was an emergency service. I’ll definitely call GetPros Plumbers again if the need arises.

When their was a water leak on our main supply line, we called GetPros Plumbers Lakewood to assist, and they arrive on time. I thank the team for ensuring a professional job. They are indeed the best and I recommend them for a wonderful job.

I ended up getting a couple of quotes and GetPros Plumbers Lakewood wasn’t the cheapest but my gut told me that they would probably do the best job. After hearing about my neighbors nightmare about hiring a plumber to do their job because he was the cheapest, I didn’t want to go through that. These plumbing experts did the bathroom leak repair and they did an excellent job.
