As a competitive athlete it is so important to receive the right recovery. When I went to Body Work Dynamics, I learned a lot about how to take care of my body and I also received knowledge about why certain body parts were causing me pain. The deep massages and suggested exercises were very helpful to always perform at my best. Currently, I still utilize the advice and exercises given to me while playing college soccer.

Luis is fantastic! He is highly knowledgeable and able to personalize the experience to your needs. He is also very responsive and flexible with scheduling. I am an avid lifter and will definitely be making this a second home to keep me healthy and strong for the long run.

I have been coming here since 2018. I love that Luis is always learning to become an even better massage therapist and perfect his craft. Thanks to our regular sessions, I have better circulation and range of motion. I know I have better quality of life by seeing him to treat my health issues.

Luis gets 5 stars! I have been running for 7 years and massage therapy has helped me stay injury free and has sped up my recovery time after a half or full marathon. I have been going to Luis for over a year now and he does an excellent job. He gets out all of the knots in my back, legs, and other problem areas and prepares me to get out to run more miles. I am also able to handle the load during my strength training workouts. Luis is one of the best MTs Ive been to and I highly recommend him. Thank you Luis for helping me stay healthy!

Luis is very good at his job. I have gone twice and both times my body felt better. He sets up a nice atmosphere with calming sounds and dim lighting to relax you as he starts the session. Afterwards he gives you tips on helping your problem area.
