Not sure how this business is getting such high rating. I contacted them after seeing such ratings. They came by and gave me the quote for the tree and stump removal. the quote for the job was $1200. On the day of the service they came by and cut the trees and informed me that the grinder for stump removal is not available, the workers left after asking to contact the office. After calling them I got a text saying the grinder was broken it would be repaired at a later day. Further, about the pavers, concrete and pool around the tree stump, actual quote from text I received "damage, almost always occurs". None of this was mentioned at the initial quote. After this they charged my credit card without my authorization after giving me a "discount" of $300. I have had to pay another contractor $600 to complete the job, also they broke the sprinkler the first time they came, they asked me to read the terms and conditions, according to the text I received "they are not responsible for any irrigation damage". I will be contacting the credit card company to dispute this. Stay away from this company Service: Tree removal

They have no concern for the air quality in San Diego. They use giant blowers that allow the dust to fly everywhere. When asked for them to stop, the worker just waved me away. Their office told me to think about my property value & how much it will improve when the work is done. I'm thinking about the dust that now fills my lungs, covers my house, porch, windows, and walkway. When I asked the workers doing the job if they would clean at least the sidewalk, the guy told me "I don't speak English"... he understood what I said because he answered me in clear English.
