James Kelly: Allstate Insurance

WOW inadequate & bad service from this Allstate agent, I have called and talked to the office about 4 times and they are not able to provide a simple update, spoke to Cindy and Joel, This is just a poorly run office and would steer away and try another office.

Run to another agency as fast as you can. Bad representation of Allstate from everyone in the office.

Worst customer service. They forgot to take care of my updated insurance card by the day they said they would. I explained to them that I needed this by a certain date or else it would affect my job. They assured me it would be taken care of. Come the day of I called and was told the individual taking care of it was out for the day. I explained to the girl on the phone that I needed it and it was important she told me I should of called the day before to make sure. I then began to tell her why I needed it and she Rudely interrupted and she said the other Representative would have to take care of it. After some back and forth she said she did not like the tone of my voice and she was terminating the call. I consistently called back and nobody answered...I finally called back from a blocked number and the girl answered...when she realized it was the same person she hung up on me. If customer service and promised deadlines are important to you, do not go with this office....they dont care about customers and they will hang up on you if they dont like the tone of your voice, even though they're at fault. We cancelled with them and we will never go back to allstate again. You people need training in how to treat customers....not liking the tone of your customers voice is no reason to hang up on them and not help them. Oh and I even asked to talk to someone else and the girl declined and said nobody else could help me. That's why you lost a customer and one who served proudly. DO NOT GO WITH ALLSTATE.
