The lake is beautiful and we had a great time on a mini pontoon!! However, the boating staff was not very accommodating and were rather rude. We had reserved a mini pontoon boat with the hopes of fishing. However, when we showed up, the staff informed us that the boat has a faulty radar and it doesnt troll well. They didnt offer us any other options for boats, so we decided to take it out anyway. It was very difficult to drive the boat, and it hindered our ability to fish. When we came back to the dock, we requested a partial discount or a coupon or some sort of accommodation since they gave us a faulty boat. They refused to do either for us and insisted that it was a good boat even though they had previously disclosed that it was not fully functional. If they want to keep customers, they should make sure to fix their boats.
