I was helped by Mandy, who was very professional and kind. The light danced very playfully off of her hair as she explained the acoustics of the living room. She was very friendly and quaint as she told me about the new flooring that had just been replaced after the last tenant had destroyed it. Overall, her presence reminded of the changing of the seasons, like as if the autumnal equinox was resting gently upon your soul. Mandy reminded me of the best time of life, as if she perfectly embodied the spirit of good nature that I truly enjoy in this world.

We toured a waterfront home in Lake County and decided we HAD to have it. The price was right, the location was perfect and it was the exact kind of project we needed. But after several missteps, we knew the realtor who showed us the property wasnt the one. So we started calling and emailing realtors. Stacey responded and we knew immediately she was the one to help us buy this house.
Stacey is everything you want in a realtor: shes communicative (with everyone involved, not only you), knowledgeable about the area, and gives great advice when asked. Stacey is a problem solver and boy oh boy, did she solve some problems for us. When our mortgage broker disappeared into the ether, Stacey took charge. When she couldnt act, Stacey helped us understand the problems and pointed us in the right direction. She kept everyone calm who needed to be calm and lit a fire under everyone else.
At the end of the day, Stacey saved the deal. She communicated with the sellers agent and helped us keep the deal alive. She patiently worked through all of the issues we had to deal with and negotiated like a champion when we needed her to.
